Formed in 2004, Toler & Associates LLC is a construction law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. We represent owners, sureties, general contractors, specialty contractors and heavy equipment suppliers on commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, both public and private, throughout the U.S. Our focus is complex construction dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and litigation.
Tim Toler has 28 years of litigation and arbitration experience, concentrating in construction law since 1988.
