Toler & Associates LLC is a construction law and business litigation firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. We represent owners, general contractors, specialty contractors and heavy equipment suppliers on commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, both public and private, throughout the U.S. Our focus is complex construction dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and litigation.
Tim Toler has more than 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer, and has practiced construction law since 1988. Mr. Toler has an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and was named a Georgia “Super Lawyer” by Atlanta magazine for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 in the category of Construction Litigation.
Mr. Toler personally handles or supervises every matter in the Firm. By being selective in the engagements we accept, and by staffing cases with experienced attorneys on an as-needed basis, the Firm is able to handle significant matters without the overhead burden of large firms. This model provides our clients with highly experienced and effective representation at very competitive rates.
