Tim Toler practices construction law in Atlanta, Georgia. In April 2012, Tim became a member of the Atlanta business litigation firm of Hobgood & Rutherford LLC, where he continues to concentrate in construction litigation and arbitration. Tim represents owners, sureties, general contractors, specialty contractors and heavy equipment suppliers on commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, both public and private, throughout the U.S. His focus is complex construction dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and litigation.  

Tim  has 29 years of litigation and arbitration experience, concentrating in construction law since 1988. Tim has received an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded, every year since 1993. He has been recognized as a Georgia “Super Lawyer” by Atlanta Magazine in the category of Construction Litigation for 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
